CODE OF CONDUCT

Beaumaris Town Council did, at its meeting on 6 June 2016, resolve to adopt the Model Code of Conduct as amended by the Local Authorities (Model Code of Conduct) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2016.

REGISTER OF INTERESTS

It is a requirement of the Code of Conduct that Councillors declare interests when relevant to the subject under discussion. If the interest is prejudicial they must leave the room unless they have a dispensation to attend. Declared interests are recorded in the minutes of meetings. The council also maintains a Register of Interests (click on links below to see a summary).
