On this page you can find downloadable application forms for many of the services provided by the Town Council. 

GREEN PARKING

Resident's Parking Permits are are available for parking on the Green.  Purchase of a windscreen sticker allows free access whenever the attendants are on duty.  Purchase of a barrier swipe card allows access to the Green at all hours.

To apply for a new pass or renew an existing pass fill in the downloadable form below and take it with the appropriate payment to the Attendants' Hut on the Green.

Overnight stays by campervans, caravans and motorhomes is not allowed.  To see full terms and conditions click here.

Visitors, holidaymakers and tourists can purchase a temporary residents pass which allows parking for seven days.  A fill in the downloadable application form below and take it with the appropriate payment to the Attendants' Hut on The Green.

 Inner.  Residents of the town and Llanfaes, plus people working in Beaumaris.

 Intermediate.  Penmon, Llangoed, Llanddona, Llansadwrn, Llandegfan.

 Outer.  All other areas.

 Temporary resident's pass.  A weekly barrier card is available for a £10 deposit.

 Refundable deposit for barrier swipe card.

 TOWN HALL BOOKINGS

The Town Hall can be booked for events, exhibitions, shows etc.  Fees currently (2022) range from £20 for a charity event to £75 for a full day.

Call the office to check availability.  All bookings must be made on the booking form which can be downloaded below.  Bookings should not be considered definite until confirmed by the Town Council.

FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND DONATIONS

Beaumaris Town Council can make donations and grants for the benefit of people in Beaumaris and Llanfaes.  

Financial help can be given towards a specific project, event or activity organised by community associations, cultural, historical, educational, sporting, youth and charitable organisations.  Recipients must be non-commercial and have a membership and field of activity that is based within the council boundary. 

The Council cannot make donations to individuals.

Grant and donation requests are considered by councillors twice a year in April and November.  Applications will not be considered at other times.

Applications must be submitted by:

  1. March 31st for consideration in April
  2. October 31st for consideration in November

Applications submitted before the deadline will be checked for completeness by officers and may be referred back to the applicant if additional information is needed.

There is a slightly simpler form for small donations of less than £500.

ALLOTMENTS

Although Beaumaris Town Council administers the Allotments, the task of allocation is the responsibility of the Allotments Association - contact details are on the application form.  The current charge is :

Single Plot (on electoral roll)       £30

Single Plot (non-resident)           £35

Half plots pro rata
